Getting Started (New Clients)
  • Request an Appointment: Click here to schedule your first visit or contact us directly.
  • Complete Intake Forms: We'll send you secure online forms to complete before your appointment.
  • Insurance & Payment: We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Our team will confirm your coverage before your first visit.
  • Prepare for Your First Appointment: Bring your current medication list, any past psychiatric records (if available), and a few notes about your current concerns and goals.

  • Medication Refills: Submit refill requests through your portal; please allow 48 business hours for processing.
